This year first time in Latvia Red Bull Music Academy is planing to make a workshop in association with Ritma Instituts!

As it has been previously announced, for a 9th year in a raw Red Bull Music Academy (RBMA) offers study sessions for young musicians, producers, DJs and professional musicians. After Berlin, Dublin, New York, London, Sao Paulo, Rome and Settle, this year study session will take place in Melbourne, Australia.

This workshop will be hosted by Dj Quest from Estonia who graduated RBMA in 2005.

This year the number of RBMA applications from Latvia has tripled! But unfortunately, there is not a single person from Latvia, Estonia or Lithuania among the chosen ones.
Nonetheless, RBMA team sincerely recommends to try the luck next year. RBMA has never been a competition or a contest where the winner is the best among others. This is an exclusive interest group - “music lovers’ coterie” with a limited number of participants.

Nevertheless, students from Latvia are given a unique opportunity to participate in similar study session in Rhythm Institute! Visiting lectures in music production, vinyl DJing, CD DJing and computer DJing (Final Scratch, Serato and others) are invited form all around the Europe and USA to teach in Rhythm Institute.
