***CHEDDAR - ELECTRIC BEAT CLUB COMING 2009!***

MC Cheddar  was born in Riga, Latvia and he moved to Finland in 1992. He was pulled into hip hop world in 1998. Since 2004 he has been succesful in Finnish music and club scene in various projects. He has released several albums & mixtapes and he was performing in a Finnish movie  "Koti-Ikävä" and also on it's soundtrack (released by EMI Music in 2005).

In summer 2007 he released his official debut single "Summer Jam" (published via his own company CheddarMusic, distributed by Free Record Shop) featuring Finnish pop star Jonna. His official debut album "Superb Character" was released 9th January 2008 (distributed by Edel Records).

Cheddar has worked lately with Busta Rhymes' artist Baby Sham (FLIPMODE SQUAD, USA), Hard Target (USA) and also with some other top artists from Finnish music scene. He's also been performing as a warm up artist for G-Unit's Lloyd Banks and Young Buck, performed with Snoop Dogg and most recently for Sisqo.

Cheddar's been touring a lot despite his independent backround. He's been doing shows intensively all across Finland in clubs,
events and promo shows. Single releases brought him this summer some performances on TV and radio plus a
performance in Finland's biggest Festival RMJ.

Cheddar's style is highly magnetic to party crowd. His internationally appealin mainstream sound is mixed with hip hop flavour and skillfull music production.

Cheddar is currently working on his next album powered by electro sounds, hip hop & r'n'b.

His single "One & Only" was nr.1 in most of mainstream Radio's in Finland and other Scandinavian countries!
